Letter From Val Lua

Sonoma County Behavioral Health is partnering with Resource Development Associates (RDA) to develop a capacity assessment that will inform the upcoming Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Three-Year Program & Expenditure Plan for 2020-2023. The purpose of the MHSA Three-Year Program & Expenditure Plan is to capture and document the community’s vision for services to address mental health issues.

We want to hear from consumers of behavioral health services, their family members, service providers, professionals, and community members across Sonoma County about the strengths and challenges of the mental health system in order to better understand what is working well and where there are areas in need of improvement. The community's voices are vital for shaping Sonoma County's future behavioral health services!
